Our pipeline runs every week. Most data refreshes monthly or quarterly; we run weekly so new data appears as quickly as possible.

181,000 London postcodes, not just popular ones. Whether it's a back street in Barking or a mews in Mayfair, the data's there.

What we believe about data

Good data should be transparent about its limits. Crime figures lag by 2–3 months. Property prices are Land Registry completions, which can be 3–6 months behind the market. School Ofsted ratings reflect the last inspection, which may be years ago. We show the data anyway, with appropriate caveats, because imperfect data beats no data.
