We do not collect any user-specific or personally identifiable data. LondonIQ has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no tracking of individual users.

Postcodes you search are used only to retrieve neighbourhood data from our API and are not stored or logged against any identifier.

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised, aggregated usage data (pages visited, approximate city-level location, device type). Your IP address is anonymised before storage. See our Cookie Policy for details.

The LondonIQ Chrome extension displays neighbourhood scores on Rightmove and Zoopla property listing pages. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.

When you view a property listing, the extension reads the postcode from the page and fetches publicly available neighbourhood scores from our API (api.londoniq.co.uk). The postcode is used solely to make this request and is not logged or associated with any identifier.

API responses are cached locally in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local) for up to 24 hours to avoid redundant network requests. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time via the extension popup.

The extension does not use cookies, does not track browsing history, and does not communicate with any third-party service.
