LondonIQ provides neighbourhood intelligence data for London postcodes, sourced from UK government open data (ONS, Land Registry, police.uk, Ofsted, TfL, and others). The service is provided free of charge.

All data displayed on LondonIQ is derived from third-party open data sources and is provided for informational purposes only. While we aim to keep data current and accurate, we make no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

You must not rely on LondonIQ data for financial, legal, or property purchasing decisions. Always verify important information with primary sources and appropriate professional advisers.

Scores (liveability, safety, transport, etc.) are composite indices derived by LondonIQ and are not official government ratings.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the site in bulk
• Use the service to build a competing product that reproduces our derived scores or UI
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

The LondonIQ brand, logo, design, derived scores, and original written content are owned by LondonIQ. Underlying data belongs to the respective open data publishers and is licensed under their terms (primarily Open Government Licence v3.0).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LondonIQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on this service. This includes loss arising from inaccurate data, service unavailability, or decisions made based on information displayed on the site.

LondonIQ may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
